PHYSICAL CHALLENGES
There are 4 physical challenges. Each athlete must record the 4 challenges in order for their participation to be validated.
In challenge 1, athletes must show the ability to fully perform the three splits. The score will go from 1 to 3 depending on the number of successful splits performed.
In challenges 2, 3 and 4, athletes must perform the maximum number of repetitions of each exercise in 30 seconds.
The final score of each of these three challenges will be the maximum number of repetitions performed by the athlete, fulfilled all the criteria of correct execution of the movement.
